TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual *Desktop Engineer* to join a dynamic IT team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.
*Top Required Skills:* * *Microsoft Intune* * *PDQ* * *AutoPilot Enrollment* * *Azure Active Directory* * *PowerShell* * *Badge scripting* * Strong desktop troubleshooting and application support experience * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve desktop solutions *Nice-to-Have Skills:* * Office 365 administration * Help desk or technical support background * Customer service mindset * Experience with deployment tools and scripting * General Microsoft ecosystem familiarity *Responsibilities:* * Manage and support desktop environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems and applications * Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement desktop solutions * Maintain documentation and follow best practices for system configurations and deployments *Qualifications:* * Minimum *3 years* of experience in desktop engineering or a related field * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A strong cultural fit with the team-collaborative, innovative, and committed to excellence * Must be able to work *onsite 5 days a week* during the contract period *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
