About the Job The Director of Strategy and Special Projects will report directly to the Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer (CLPAO) and partner closely with the senior leadership teams of both the Legal and Federal and State Government Affairs departments. Along with driving discrete strategic initiatives and projects, this role also functions as a "Chief of Staff" and is responsible for management process, strategic planning, and ensuring department objectives align with broader Village objectives. As a special projects leader, you'll tackle projects requiring you to partner with various functions across the business achieve common goals. This role requires the teammate to be comfortable interacting/influencing senior leaders ("managing up"), skilled at "guiding" leadership teams to strategic alignment, and effective at communicating to a senior/executive audience. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of top performance and desire to help improve our overall healthcare system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
