We're seeking a future team member for the role of Technical Change Governance to join our Technology team. This role is in Pittsburgh - (4-day in office) In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and enforce governance policies, procedures, and standards for Technical Change Management.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management best practices.
- Facilitate and attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, reviewing change requests for risks, impacts, and approvals.
- Monitor and report on Change Performance Metrics. Provide guidance and training to teams on change governance.
Risk Assessment & Compliance:
- Evaluate risk and impacts associated with technical changes
- Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC, etc)
- Maintain audit-ready documentation of change activities
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Continuously improve change management processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify automation opportunities in change workflow and process
- Enforce existing KPIs to track effectiveness of change governance
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required8 - 10 years of application or infrastructure related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, change management processes, and governance best practices.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
