What you'll do AlixPartners commits to our people's growth, development, and career progression. In this dynamic role on AlixPartners' Partnership Matters team, you will be responsible for supporting our leadership across a broad range of areas. At its core, you will work as part of the Partnership Matters Office (PMO) in support of initiatives that touch across all corporate departments and global offices. This includes assisting in the management of firmwide annual processes related to hiring, promotions, compensation, and reviews, as well as responding to a wide range of ad hoc requests for information, data analysis, and document review. You will also provide support for global equity programs and other partnership-affiliated programs. You will ensure all parties experience a timely, efficient, caring, and high-quality interaction with the PMO. This role is vital to ensure everyone has the information they need, when they need it. Being proactive and thinking ahead of the ask will be critical for success. Known internally as Partnership Matters Senior Professional, the role reports to the Partnership Matters Partner. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 7.34 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave, and twelve holidays. The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $40/hr. - $46/hr. with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
