Summary of Job Description: The Field Auditor performs field-based audits related to Operations performance, Asset Protection performance and other auditing needs.This position reports evidence needed for additional investigations and reviews. The Field Auditor uses exception-based reporting, analytical reports, and other data, identifying key performance indicators that provide the rationale for on-site visits. This position is also responsible for re-auditing locations that have previously failed an audit. The Field Auditor supports area and regional business review meetings to share findings and objectives to elevate Operations standards. You'll get a chance to:
- Under the supervision of an AP Field Manager, performs Field Auditor responsibilities, conducting Asset Protection and Operations focused audits, inspections, and assessments for the assigned region/s and uncovering/verifying fraud during visits.
- Conducts a minimum of 350 audits per year, based on key performance indicators, re-audit requirements, and strategic travel planning. Manages own travel requirements and needs.
- Assesses and utilizes analytical reports and identifies key performance indicators as the rationale for conducting on-site visits/audits.
- Responsible for providing responses to Operators regarding on-site and remote audits that are conducted, verifying activity that was observed, providing resources when expectations are unclear, andoffering solutions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Trains and coaches regional/area Operators on field audit practices and expectations. Provides audit related training to Operations leaders, operators, and associates on site and in classroom, including GO courses.
- Prepares and submits reports to Operations teams on audit findings and exception reporting. Recommends procedural improvements and works with HR to determine appropriate corrective action
- Performs and supports special projects related to the audit program.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: statistics, mathematics, finance, hospitality)
- Minimum three years of audit or retail-related experience
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P2: $72,500- $101,500 / Annual * Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
