Job title Assistant Program Director Reports to Program Director Position Summary The Assistant Program Director provides leadership to staff in collaboration with the Program Director. The Assistant Director will assist the director with staff supervision, training and hiring of staff. The APD is responsible for helping to ensure all program operations are conducted in an ethical and professional manner.
