We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Grand Prairie, TX. Schedule: Varies

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, including scheduling, appointment assignments, and performance tracking.
  • Support the onboarding process and provide ongoing training to promote individual and team growth.
  • Conduct regular in-field ride-alongs with sales consultants to assess performance and provide hands-on coaching.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales management.
  • Background in flooring, home improvement, or related industries preferred.
  • Proven success in first-call close sales environments.
  • Experience in sales coaching and performance development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must have reliable transportation
