Description

The Compliance Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure the airline has complete and accurate FAA required training records, medical certificates, airman certificates and determine/monitor all required training and currency for flight crews, dispatchers, check airman, flight technical training ground instructors. This position is responsible for maintaining current training records in the Air Carrier Pilot Records Database (ACPRD) and internal training record audits performed on the Flight Operations. This position will also assist with the updating of the Aircraft Ship's paper library, process new hire pilots' personal documents, sending out medical due reminders, process pilot terminations, process pilot leave of absence and return to work trainings notifications. This position will also aid and back-up the Supervisor, Flight Operations Compliance. Travel may be required to perform flight deck audits or to assist with placing aircraft paper documents onboard the aircraft.

What you need:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize work based on changing requirements
* Minimum of 1-2 year's general office experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or aviation-related field or in business development
* Strong knowledge of SABRE Crew Track, Crew Qual OR Lufthansa Netline/Crew, Comply 365
* 1-2 year's experience in either a flight department, maintenance department, or dispatch department with a thorough understanding of airline operations
* Familiar with internal airline audit requirements
* Familiar with 121 Flight Crew and Dispatcher training requirements
