Purpose of the Role:
As a Field Change Management PCM at Worley, you will play a strategic role in aligning project performance with the broader objectives of our sustainability-focused business. This role serves as both a key technical leader and a trusted partner to project and organizational leadership, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of complex project portfolios. You will guide teams through effective cost and schedule management practices and foster data-driven decision-making to drive value and deliver sustainable change for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project controls strategies including planning, cost estimation, scheduling, performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

  Oversee the integration of cost and schedule data with enterprise systems to ensure accurate and timely visibility across project and business functions.

  Champion the use of data-centric and earned value methodologies to evaluate project performance and support proactive risk mitigation and opportunity realization.

  Establish, maintain, and monitor work breakdown structures and control accounts, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, project objectives, and sustainability goals.

  Identify and manage scope changes, assessing their potential impact on cost and schedule while ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
