Partner Operations Analyst Location: Boston, MA- Hybrid At PTC, our Partner Network is key to delivering innovative technology and solutions. As a Partner Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving partner growth through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead operational reporting and analysis across forecasting, pipeline, and quarter-close activities Deliver insights on partner performance and business initiatives to support strategic decisions Monitor key metrics and partner health to ensure alignment with company goals Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to support sales execution and partner enablement Manage cross-functional projects and respond to ad-hoc business needs Build and maintain strong business acumen in partner and channel operations What We're Looking For 3+ years in sales or revenue operations; channel/SaaS experience a plus Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field Experience working with senior leadership is preferred At PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
