We are looking for a Sr. Specialist, Field Marketing to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Sr. Specialist, Field Marketing you will be responsible for developing marketing plans aligned to the regional sales and account management priorities. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the execution and logistical coordination of Element's in-person field marketing events and virtual programs in alignment with our revenue goals. In addition, you will serve as the 'voice-of-the-field' for consistent growth and innovation as it relates to strategic market Activision of in-person and virtual events.

A Day in the Life

  • Strategizing, prioritizing, and producing regional events that drive business
  • Aligning with sales leadership on sales and marketing priorities and partnering with functional team members to develop a field marketing strategy and plan for each region
  • Managing vendor relationships and tracking expenses to ensure events and initiatives are produced on time and within budget
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs
  • Delivering detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign efficiency, and return on investment
  • Leading formal feedback loop to provide field input on programs and promotions to product and segment marketing teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing and producing regional and field marketing programs and events- including tradeshows, user conferences, and immersive experiences
  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and rapidly growing sales pipeline through regional marketing
  • Experience building and performing a field/geo-specific marketing plan(s) in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third parties
  • Understanding of B2B buy journeys and demand generation - familiarity with ABM platforms and methodologies a plus
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management applications
  • Able to effectively work across a highly matrixed organization to develop compelling marketing programs and events which subsequently move initiatives forward
  • Desire to partner with peers and leadership to establish discipline and rigor in regional marketing programs and tradeshow engagement strategies
  • 20% travel is required for this role

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $103,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
