Sr Project Manager

The NPMO Sr. PM role serves as a main resource to internal Market and National Teams, as well as AT&T National
Teams. This role is well-versed in Wireless Contract Implementation, SAQ scope of work, associated Customer systems
(LMPS, NRC, SwiftTrac, IWM (RFDS, SARF, SCIP, and SDP) and principles to provide support and guidance in relation to
the AT&T policy updates that affect SAQ and All Contract Implementation.

* Support markets utilizing AT&T Systems from a contract/policy/process perspective.
* Prepares escalations, performs training as needed, and supports the markets/centralized teams on
issues that arise related to these systems and SOW.
* Knowledge of IWM task management and sequence for SAQ SOW.
* Work closely with internal customers to identify reporting needs.
* Provide feedback and expertise related to Contract Implementation and SAQ on any AT&T VMT
posted documents to distribute via Broadcast and Flashes company wide.
* Contributes technical guidance for proper usage of Drivers and Bolt-ons for SAQ and CON OOMs.
* Prepare markets for calls and responses to the Client as requested to assist with escalations, clarifications, and process implementation with a centralized National MasTec view.
*General guidance and understanding of EH&S and Regulatory.

- Extensive Turf experience, including proficiency with AT&T systems, processes, guidelines, and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience preferably with 5 years of related telecommunications experience
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
- Excellent data gathering, data accuracy, and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite - mainly: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (+ if VBA knowledge)
- Wireless new site build and modifications deployment and implementation experience
- Some real estate, site acquisition, and zoning experience, preferred
- Design and construction experience, preferred
- Some RF engineering experience, preferred
- Risk management, contingency planning, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex or sensitive issues to favorable resolution
- Self-starter, independent, individual contributor, processes improvement minded, team player, National mindset
- Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%)
