As a member of our global talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across North America. Reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll be a customer-centric professional dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging experience for everyone involved. You will primarily support our North American talent acquisition efforts while collaborating with our amazing teams in EMEA and APAC. What You'll Do

Interview Coordination

  • Manage interview scheduling, coordinating availability and confirmations between candidates and interviewers. Ensure scheduled interviews run smoothly. Greet onsite interviews and manage their interview experience.

  • Set up virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and resources. Ensure interview rooms or virtual meeting spaces are properly set up.

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates when required.

  • Track interview status and assist TA Partners with follow up on feedback and other logistics.

Early Careers - Recruiting

  • Support recruiting process for interns and co-ops

  • Oversee the recruiting cycle from promoting job postings to candidate screening and selection for entry level positions

  • Act as point of contact in TA for university partnerships, build relationships with university career services to enhance recruitment efforts. Plan and participate in internal and external events, career fairs, etc.

TA Administration

  • Assist with job postings across various platforms

  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS for compliance and reporting purposes

  • Work closely with TA Partners to draft and deliver offer letters and contracts

  • Support the onboarding process for successful candidates by coordinating pre-employment checks, collaborating with our vendors, ensuring compliance, and escalating any flagged risks to ensure all documentation is complete, meets audit standard, and is accurately filed.

  • Manage new starter process with Facilities, IT, and HR-Ops. Manage in-office onsite new starter orientation every Monday.

TA Support, Sourcing, and Screening

  • Assist with resume screening based on role requirements

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events, assist with recruitment marketing activities, including social media content

  • Help maintain the CRM/candidate database and talent pools, assist with communications, messaging, and campaigns for talent attraction

  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience

  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant experience in recruitment coordination, recruiting specialist, or similar role, strong understanding of the recruiting process, experience providing exceptional service.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting/sourcing tools, tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy and quality, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, Social Media, Job Boards

  • Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed by the talent acquisition team

  • Experience coordinating multiple calendars and scheduling complex meetings

  • Background in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and multitasking, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
