Summary of the Job:

The Automation Business Analyst is a subject matter expert and has a key role in supporting the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The Senior Analyst is responsible for working with partners throughout the enterprise to identify opportunities to automate processes. This role also partners to ensure automations meet their needs and stay current with business operations, policies, and processes. On an on-going basis, this position provides input to the evolution of the Automation program to meet the Company's evolving business needs.

About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis/Portfolio Management

    • Collaborate with enterprise partners to identify opportunities to improve processes with Automation.

    • Seek opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve Enterprise processes and systems.

    • Lead opportunity analysis with stakeholders ensuring that Use Case documentation is complete and understood.

    • Provide metrics and other documentation to support analysis and findings that can be used to measure our plan versus our outcomes.

    • Seek opportunity to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes.

    • Perform testing of process and system changes and coordinate end user testing.

    • Own the Portfolio backlog, prioritization, and report on performance.

  • Business Relationship Management

    • Possess knowledge, skills and behaviors that foster a productive relationship with business partners.

    • Communicate effectively with business units to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

    • Manage business unit's expectations effectively.

    • Work with internal and external Developers on requirements, timelines, and quality delivery.

    • Work closely with Developers and business units regarding enhancements and changes.

  • Training and Development

    • Enhance partner's knowledge and understanding of Process Automation and RPA.

    • Identify, develop, and recommend training opportunities that meet and support end user needs.

  • Project: Aim to increase the likelihood that projects or initiatives deliver the intended results and outcomes.

    • Lead small, mid-size, and large projects

    • Develop, monitor, and report on detailed project plans including scope, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and project budgets.

    • Acquire, lead, and inspire project resources to meet project objectives.

    • Monitor project activities, anticipate, resolve, or escalate risks and issues.

    • Contribute to project team meetings and assist team members in critical decision making and planning; assist in execution, control and closure of projects; meet regularly with team

  • Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage a portfolio, drive prioritization, and execution

  • Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder's needs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions.

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

  • Effective planning, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

  • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

  • Use case development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Macros, RPA, Machine Learning, and/or AI

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
