- Effectively supervise assigned shifts of Fleet Maintenance employees
- Communicate/coordinate with other McKee Foods maintenance facilities
- Provide leadership and training for all Fleet Maintenance employees and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- One or two years of post-high school education (minimum equivalent of 32 semester hours) or proven outstanding ability
- Three years of supervisory experience in a fleet maintenance organization, or comparable experience
- Good perception, judgment, and decision making in dealing with people
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Effective in planning, organizing and directing
- Ability to lead within a team environment
- Proactive in resolving problems
- Ability to document and process information
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Flexible to working different work schedules
- ASE Master Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technician Certification or the ability to obtain within one year

- Five years truck garage supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of parts room inventory control processes
- Five years' experience as a diesel technician, with at least two of those years maintaining electronic engines
- General computer knowledge and skills
- Current Class "A" CDL or ability to obtain within one year
- Proficiency with the following computer systems: Maximo, Workday, XRS / Solera
- Proficiency with the following software programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification - General Industry Outreach Training
