Responsibilities

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $81,700 - $165,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

We are currently seeking a Banking Center Program Manager that will lead strategic initiatives across Community Retail Banking. The Manager will coordinate with Banking Center managers, partners (e.g., HR, IT), team members, and leadership to execute critical programs both on an ongoing and ad hoc basis. The Manager will serve as a key facilitator and point of contact, ensuring alignment and understanding of programs across the business.

Key Accountabilities

    Facilitates key job family meetings and events by identifying speakers, agendas, and audiences, preparing materials, cascading communications, and tracking accountabilities
  • Owns banking center service delivery model, including the new hire immersion plan, manager onboarding, ongoing program enhancements, and communication/adoption of performance criteria
  • Manages banking center projects, such as incentive plan presentations and the selling with integrity audit, by partnering across Community, coordinating management responses and HR escalations
  • Leads two-way communication of Banking Center updates/needs, including leading and communicating results of regular/ad hoc focus groups
  • Coordinates with the business on ongoing needs and the holistic impact of decisions on facilities and work processes
  • Manages Community support inquiries, including individual responses and aggregate reporting of support needs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience required; financial services program management experience preferred
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking skills that result in effective decisions supported by rigorous analysis
