Whey Operator 7 PM - 7 AM

Agropur is actively seeking a Whey Operator to join our production team in Weyauwega, Wisconsin.

The Whey Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various positions in the whey department, processing whey into high quality whey ingredients by following standard procedures, method and practices.

• Operate Lactose System & Crystallizer

• Operate Reduce Lactose Dryer & Finisher

• Operate Evaporator, HTST, Separators and Filtration Equipment

• Operate RO System and Polisher including:

• CIP Tanks, Silos and Line Circuits as required.

• Perform laboratory sample tests and complete master sanitation schedule

• Safely and efficiently load and unload Dry Cargo Trailers and tanker trucks

• Safely and efficiently operate a Lift Truck.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• No experience required; in-house training provided.

• Lift Truck License required: in-house training provided.

• Demonstrate attention to detail, quality and cleanliness in work.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.

• Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.

Where you'll be working:

Our Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey.
