Technology Lead/ Manager - Alfresco Share

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead/ Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Alfresco and Web Services with a strong focus on Alfresco Content Services and related technologies.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home during day shifts with no travel required.

This Position will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance our clients content management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient content management solutions using Alfresco technologies to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and web services to support content management systems.
• Oversee the integration of Alfresco Content Services with existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Alfresco Share ADF CMIS and Web Forms to optimize system performance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of content management systems by implementing best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Alfresco and associated technologies to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in content management technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering solutions that improve content accessibility and management positively impacting society. Qualifications
• Possess strong technical skills in Java Alfresco Content Services and related technologies.
• Demonstrate experience in developing and integrating web services for content management systems.
• Have a good understanding of domain skills in Claims and Payer enhancing the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable content management solutions.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
