Genesis10 is seeking a Bilingual Data Entry and Spreadsheet Management. This role is with a manufacturing company and is a 8+ month, contract position. This role is located in Lisle, IL and will work onsite. Compensation: $26.00 - 30.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Responsibilities: Accurately input data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets and SharePoint. Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets to organize and analyze data Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness Generate reports based on data analysis to support decision-making processes Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies Work with other team members to gather and verify information Requirements: Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish Proven experience in data entry and spreadsheet management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with data entry software and tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall productivity Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
