Specifications Administrator - Research & Innovation

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-90,000 commensurate with experience. You have up to 3 years of experience in quality or product development in the food industry. You have a Packaging/Food Science/Food Safety degree and you are comfortable working in an international and dynamic organization with various functional disciplines at several locations.

In addition, you
* Bring expertise on ingredient functionality, quality & food safety and/or regulation and experience in Dairy processing is a huge advantage.
* Have the ability to network inside and outside the organization;
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Are business result driven and has following competencies: analytical, accurate and persuasive;
* Have a high degree of initiative and ownership,
* Have strong attention to details
* Have the ability to prioritize workload effectively and enthusiasm to independently.
* Have the ability and commitment to see projects through to completion
* Have the ability to multi-task and manage workload in a dynamic environment
* Are an outstanding team player.
