Contract Manager - Empower Collaboration, Build Structure, Drive Clarity

MSHS Pacific Power Group is looking for a Contracts Manager who will serve as a trusted partner across departments, ensuring every agreement is thoughtfully negotiated, compliant, and aligned with our business values. As a key link between teams, vendors, and customers, you'll bring people together, reduce ambiguity, and contribute to a culture of reliability and accountability. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to resource for all contract-related matters across the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, service-level agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align contract terms with business needs
- Ensure legal compliance and policy alignment in every contract
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and oversee version control
- Monitor key milestones and renewals, keeping teams informed and proactive
- Support audits and due diligence efforts with organized documentation
- Continuously improve contract templates, workflows, and training for internal teams
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in contract administration or management
- Solid understanding of contract law, negotiation tactics, and risk management
- Detail-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, marine, or engineering service environments
- Familiarity with FAR, ITAR, Incoterms, or other international contract standards
- Certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA CPCM, CCCM)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
