Contract Manager - Empower Collaboration, Build Structure, Drive Clarity

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience and location)
Bonus: Eligible for annual performance bonus

MSHS Pacific Power Group is looking for a Contracts Manager who will serve as a trusted partner across departments, ensuring every agreement is thoughtfully negotiated, compliant, and aligned with our business values.

As a key link between teams, vendors, and customers, you'll bring people together, reduce ambiguity, and contribute to a culture of reliability and accountability. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the go-to resource for all contract-related matters across the business
  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, service-level agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align contract terms with business needs
  • Ensure legal compliance and policy alignment in every contract
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository and oversee version control
  • Monitor key milestones and renewals, keeping teams informed and proactive
  • Support audits and due diligence efforts with organized documentation
  • Continuously improve contract templates, workflows, and training for internal teams
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in contract administration or management
  • Solid understanding of contract law, negotiation tactics, and risk management
  • Detail-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, marine, or engineering service environments
  • Familiarity with FAR, ITAR, Incoterms, or other international contract standards
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA CPCM, CCCM)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
