Job Purpose The Corporate Security Manager develops and manages security strategies to protect the organization's assets, employees, and information. This role involves overseeing security operations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. They lead a team of security professionals and respond to security incidents to maintain a safe environment. What you will do... Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Coordinate and oversee security operations for the corporate office and regional sites. Manage and lead the corporate security team, providing training and guidance as needed. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams to ensure the safety and security of all company assets and personnel. Investigate security breaches and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions. Oversee a small team of security personnel Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Provide security support for corporate events and high-profile visits. Requirements Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred. 10 years of prior law enforcement experience. Proven experience in corporate security management. Must be available onsite 3 days per week, travel throughout Florida region 2 days per week Skills Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning. Experience with the MS Office Suite of products. Excellent leadership and team management skills.Fluent with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to travel throughout the Florida region as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, management & outside vendors. Ability to work on numerous assignments simultaneously Detailed oriented.
