Trust Empire Roofing for reliable, comprehensive roofing solutions that stand the test of time The Service Coordinator will provide customer service support to both internal and external customers based on their needs. Serve as a resource for all internal and external customers, by providing answers to all questions, concerns or service orders Job Functions: Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for projects assigned. Provide customer service to internal and external customers. Create and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Receive and process all incoming service calls and emails from internal and external customers. Create, schedule and maintain all service work orders. Attract potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services. Investigate and resolve problems relating to all areas of responsibility, gather and analyze information and take proper course of action. Assist with sales opportunities resulting from a service request. Provide support to local offices on process, training and communication. Perform other related duties as assigned. Monitor a rotating on-call phone and schedule requests accordingly. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Construction/Roofing industry knowledge/experience is a plus Prior customer service experience working in a call center Problem Solving Ability with the ability to manage difficult customer situations Highly motivated and strong initiative for learning and quick implementation Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees in a team-oriented environment High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred Bilingual is a plus! |
