We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and manage strategic OEM and distribution sales efforts across parts of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and manage relationships with key OEMs and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customers
  • Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling to existing accounts
  • Lead regular customer and distributor reviews, including QBRs
  • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to design in YAGEO products and gain AVL/BOM approvals
  • Deliver product training to distributor partners
  • Support Pricing Analyst with strategic RFQs
  • Provide market insights to management to support planning and strategy


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong record of success
  • Passion for winning-motivated, competitive, and achievement-driven
  • A dynamic communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Comfortable with consultative, solutions-based selling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to craft compelling presentations
  • Skilled at problem-solving, time management, and multitasking
  • Eager to grow with a global leader and contribute to a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods
