Scheduled Weekly Hours: 10 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time (10 hours/week) Activities Assistant for our Harmony Care Center location! This is your opportunity to provide care to residents while doing the work you love and having FUN! What does an Activities Assistant do: As an Activity Assistant your main responsibility is to get residents to and from activities, lead activities, also document who came to activities. Visit with residents on a 1:1 basis. Organizing and leading recreational activities, encouraging social interactions, engaging with residents on a 1-1 basis and documenting activities/1-1s. What will this position look like: Schedule will vary, but will include every other Saturday and occasional Sundays and holidays What will you get: Starting pay of $16.15/hour + more for experience. Support to grow in your career with access to our Career Development Center! What you need: High School Diploma or have a GED. Tech savvy and musical ability is preferred but not required. Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 4 months of hire.
