Hours & Pay

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $16.15/hour

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $17.90/hour

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.65/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Perform in-process and final quality checks on parts
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision
• Use hand carts and dollies to move products between process areas
• Train fellow associates on learned processes
• Reset alarms and make minor CNC adjustments as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, safety-focused individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards
• Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required
