Production Worker

Pay: $13.75/hour

Schedule:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule, alternating days and nights)
• Must be available to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Operate machinery and assist with material handling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (steel toe boots required; all other PPE provided)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
• If no manufacturing background, must have prior manual labor experience involving standing for long periods
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability is a must
• Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts (2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights)
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
