Develop new features and maintain existing applications using Angular framework. Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly while providing scalable and maintainable solutions. Effectively communicate with project managers, business analysts, architects, designers, and business representatives to understand and translate requirements into practical technical solutions. Utilize development tools such as Visual Studio Code and GitKraken for coding and source control management, respectively. Implement and monitor application security measures using tools like Checkmarx. Deploy code via CircleCI, ensuring a seamless CI/CD pipeline operation. Maintain proficiency with Git, and Atlassian suite products including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket to manage tasks, documentation, and code repositories. Address and rectify accessibility concerns to meet and uphold Web Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards. Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests with frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor. Collaborate effectively with design teams, work within design systems, and utilize design tools such as Figma to ensure consistent and user-centric interfaces. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with minimal supervision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fix software defects. Actively participate in agile scrum ceremonies to drive successful project execution and delivery. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Research and evaluate new technologies and programming languages. This position is 100% remote. Travel required less than 5% of the time. Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent and 5 years of related engineering experience in Web Developer, Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, Associate Develop, or Data Analyst Intern position. This position also requires 3 years of experience with: Git and with Atlassian product suite; modern development tools (Visual Studio Code, GitKraken) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum); developing new features and maintaining existing applications using the Angular framework; software architecture and design principles; software development methodologies and practices; CI/CD practices and deployment tools, particularly CircleCI; application security and using scanning tools like Checkmarx; and cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
