Warehouse Laborer

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Laborer to join this dynamic team and support essential warehouse operations.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday, 10-12-hour days (with the possibility of working Fridays)

About the Role:

In this role, you'll do more than just move materials-you'll help keep operations running efficiently and safely by handling disassembly tasks, organizing inventory, and operating forklifts. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a physically active position, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials and equipment
• Tear down and disassemble warehouse items, machinery, or structures
• Manually lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification and proven forklift experience
• Prior experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role preferred
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, and working on your feet
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
