We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, have strong analytical skills, and a solid foundation in accounting principles, we want to meet you!

Schedule: Day shift

Pay: $35/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable processes
  • Support accounts payable and review data for accuracy
  • Record general ledger adjustments, allocations, and accruals
  • Assist with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting
  • Analyze accounts, investigate discrepancies, and help forecast budgets
  • Contribute to cash flow management and support various financial tasks
  • Step in for team members during absences and handle special projects as needed




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and customer service
