Inventory Specialist

• Maintain and update accurate inventory records using specialized software, ensuring real-time tracking of incoming and outgoing products.
• Conduct routine stock audits, investigate discrepancies, and develop loss mitigation protocols to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Compile and generate inventory reports, forecast future inventory needs, and advise management on process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to inventory management.
• Coordinate with other departments to align inventory levels with operational demands and ensure timely product availability.
• Support logistics by scheduling deliveries, addressing inventory-related issues, and double-checking data entries for accuracy.
• Assist with annual warehouse inventory, maintain equipment and facilities, and report repair needs to the manager.
