This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce/Digital Experience Specialist with a strong background in D2C e-commerce websites. In this role, you'll manage and optimize content across our brand websites: Frigidaire and Electrolux to drive product discoverability, enhance the online shopping experience, and ultimately support hyper-growth for our e-commerce channels.

You'll work cross-functionally with D2C, marketing, design, analytics, and product teams to ensure all content aligns with D2C strategies and is built for performance. This role is perfect for someone who understands the intersection of content, commerce, and conversion, and knows how to execute efficiently in a CMS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update, and publish product and promotional content to consumer-facing websites, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and ecommerce best practices

  • Optimize pages for conversion and product discovery in partnership with SEO and analytics teams

  • Create and maintain content within CMS platforms like Optimizely, SmartEdit, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

  • Build landing pages that support e-commerce campaigns, new product launches, and brand storytelling with a focus on the consumer journey

  • Use performance metrics to guide content updates and identify opportunities to improve site engagement and sales

  • Assist with editing and publishing multimedia content to support D2C messaging and product education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience managing the experience and content on an e-commerce or D2C website

  • Must have consumer marketing/B2C experience

  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools (e.g., Optimizely, SmartEdit, AEM)

  • Familiar with e-commerce marketing strategy, SEO basics, and optimizing for conversion

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams using project management tools like Monday.com
