Role: We are seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join our growing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Fund Executives practice. This team advises founders, managing partners, principals, sponsors, investors, developers, and C-suite executives associated with financial and real estate investment funds, as well as related family offices and UHNW multi-generational families. As a trusted strategic advisor, the Tax Partner will help clients navigate complex tax compliance and consulting matters across their business, investment, and personal wealth structures. This role requires deep technical expertise in high-net-worth taxation, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising UHNW clients, investment fund executives, and family offices on complex tax planning opportunities and challenges. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, business development acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, industry professionals, and specialists across the firm to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions. As a Tax Partner, you will lead client service, growth, specialist, or leadership responsibilities for the Tax line of business. This role focuses on delivering high-quality tax solutions, deepening client relationships, developing teams, and contributing to strategic growth across capabilities and markets.
