The Department of Psychiatry at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago are seeking a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor. This position is intended for a pediatric psychologist who will join a multidisciplinary child and adolescent psychiatry department in a nationally ranked, freestanding children's hospital located on the medical school campus.

The successful applicant will provide services to children and adolescents receiving care on medical and surgical inpatient services as well as outpatient clinics at Lurie Children's. Responsibilities associated with this role will primarily include:

* Conduct screenings and evidence-based diagnostic outpatient evaluations of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders
* Provision of psychological treatment to children and adolescents with ASD or other neurodevelopmental disorders, including behavioral interventions and parent training
* Teaching in multidisciplinary child health and mental health training programs
* Engaging in scholarly activities and help launch multidisciplinary research initiatives
* This position is expected to be 80% Clinical and 20% Research

Qualified candidates will have obtained a PhD or PsyD in a psychology training program and completed an APA-approved internship specializing in clinical child or pediatric psychology. At least one of training programs must have been APA-approved. It is preferred that this individual have fellowship-level training in pediatric psychology which includes the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with complex medical needs. Clinical experience with children and adolescents with ASD is required and research in pediatric diabetes strongly desired.

Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position. Start date immediate after licensure in Illinois. Applications will be evaluated as received. The start date is negotiable, and the position will remain open until filled.

The expected base pay range for this position is $127,500 - $170,422.
