The Target Pay Range for this position is $169,200.00-$206,700.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $131,800.00 - $244,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. - Discover New Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential partners and sponsorships, crafting compelling business cases that highlight mutual value.
- Strengthen Existing Partnerships: Deepen relationships with current partners by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with shared goals.
- Drive Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans that leverage both BECU and partner assets to drive engagement and growth.
- Elevate the Brand: Oversee creative strategies that enhance BECU's image through thoughtful use of partner branding and intellectual property.
- Leverage Data for Impact: Use analytics to measure campaign success, optimize strategies, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Negotiate with Confidence: Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements in collaboration with legal and vendor management teams.
- Ensure Governance Excellence: Define roles, responsibilities, and governance structures that support effective partnership execution.
- Manage Budgets Strategically: Oversee annual and long-term planning for operational, product, and project budgets related to partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work or educational experience. Advance degree preferred.
- Typically requires 8 years of relevant experience and 5 years of management experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading cross-functional programs/projects that include key third party partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in establishing and/or managing strategic/executive level business partnerships.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, project management, business development or strategic alliance management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in creating and implementing Marketing strategies that meet or exceed program goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Financial Services preferred.
- Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships.
- Ability to drive internal stakeholders to a consensus on critical issues.
- Ability to lead complex and high-level deal negotiations.
