How you'll make an impact:
SiriusXM is seeking a meticulous and process-driven Manager, Lifecycle & Billing Communications to lead the execution of critical campaigns that support subscriber engagement and retention through billing-related communications. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex direct mail and email campaigns, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about improving operational efficiency through automation.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Renewal Program Operations: Manage end-to-end execution of SiriusXM's auto-renewal and rollover programs, including coordination with Marketing Operations, Legal, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Execute Billing-Related Campaigns: Lead development and deployment of price change notices, billing reminder emails, seasonal suspend notices, and invoice/ebill messaging for both digital and direct mail channels.
  • Direct Mail & Vendor Management: Oversee direct mail production timelines and creative execution in collaboration with vendors and internal partners.
  • Optimize Manual Processes: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline campaign execution through automation, freeing up time for testing and performance improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics for renewal and billing communications, own iterative testing and optimization efforts.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, preferably in a subscription-based business with direct experience in billing-related or operational campaigns. Direct mail experience is a must.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfort working with Excel and campaign management systems; experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for operational accuracy and process documentation.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Desire to simplify and improve existing workflows through automation and optimization.
  • Must have legal right to work In the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $82,000 to $108,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
