Position Title: Private Banking Team Leader 2 Constructively interacts with other lines of business partners across a wide range of functional areas to provide a consistently outstanding service level with respect to new loan processing, underwriting and closing, deposit account servicing and expansion, wealth management and insurance relationship development for both personally serviced relationships and those of their staff. Analyzes and evaluates personal financial statements, tax returns, credit bureau reports, appraisals and other credit-related documentation in support of gaining approval for mortgage and consumer loan requests. Periodically develops cash flow schedules and provides other credit memoranda in support of loan requests. Reviews all related legal documentation and handles client negotiation. Assists the Group Manager of Private Banking in development of new products and services as well as modifications to existing offerings, implements changes to policies, guidelines and procedures as needed and supports other group administrative functions such as portfolio oversight and project management. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
