Through our four business groups, DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for diversified global markets, including light vehicle, commercial truck, off-highway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket. We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to our local business partners. This role will focus on delivering operational excellence across key HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce planning. The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate closely with HR leadership and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives while enhancing the employee experience.
