M9 Solutions is seeking a Database Admin (On-Site) to work on a government contract for a client located in San Diego, CA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required. Responsibilities Work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deploy and maintain new database configurations in a rapid development environment. Support large, complex systems capable of ingesting large amounts of data. This position may require business travel in support of customer meetings and operational system deployment and support activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical discipline. Familiar with Oracle Database Administrator activities. Familiar with Oracle RAC 19c. Competency in UNIX shell programming. Experience with database related processes. Willingness to advance Oracle Database Administrator skillset. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Familiar with Oracle RMAN and equivalent Backup and Restore processes. Familiar with Oracle installation, patching, and update processes. Familiar with SQL and PL/SQL. Familiar with Oracle Dataguard. Familiar with Ansible. Familiar with Oracle Label Security and Oracle Identity Management. Basic understanding of UNIX system administration. Familiar with other RDBMS and noSQL platforms (e.g., HDFS, Postgres, MongoDB, AllegroGraph, NoSQL, RDF, and/or SPARQL). Familiar with Jira and GitLab. Full-Time Employee Compensation M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
