Material Handler

Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Material Handler position for the Villa Rica, GA VR2 facility.This is a night shift position working a 3/2 schedule on 12 hour shifts from 8pm - 8am.

Additional $2.50 premium for NIGHT Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient operation of stand-up fork lift to move materials

• Performance of routine safety inspections and of fork lift equipment

• Moving material, general support of production areas, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions

• Moving materials through plant in a safe timely manner

• Keep production areas supplied with raw materials

Minimum Requirements:

• Internal Candidates: Must be in good standing (No Discipline above Step 1 within 120 days at time of application)

• 1-3 years experience material handling in a manufacturing environment.

• General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP

• Must be able to work overtime

• Stand-up forklift experience required
