Surgical Services Assistant Part Time

Baptist Health Louisville is currently seeking a Part-Time Surgical Services Assistant to join our team in the Main Operating Room. This position is 24 hours per week, on first shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM).

As a Surgical Services Assistant, you will be an integral part of the patient care team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask amid frequent interruptions, and a positive attitude with effective communication abilities. Flexibility with working hours is essential. Responsibilities include assisting the patient care team, maintaining proper corridor organization, and supporting overall patient care operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous employment in the operating room preferred

• BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
