We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support domestic and global product management efforts within assigned categories. In this role, you'll serve as the central point of contact for new product requests, working closely with Sales, Procurement, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to ensure efficient product intake, quoting, pricing, and ongoing support.

As a subject matter expert on your assigned product lines, you'll play a key role in driving product additions, supporting sourcing decisions, maintaining key documentation, and helping to deliver a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and support the new product addition process, ensuring customer needs and market opportunities are met with an eye on gross profit margins.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product requests from Sales and Procurement.
  • Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers and set SKU pricing in collaboration with the Pricing Team.
  • Handle intake requests from Category Managers and other teams, including product inquiries, discontinued items, image procurement, and more.
  • Support the Sourcing process, collaborating with internal teams to determine product availability, lead times, and competitive assortments.
  • Oversee new supplier setup, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately.
  • Review inventory and sales reporting to monitor and follow up on new product status.
  • Coordinate and execute customized/logo product requests.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and participating in global product opportunity discussions.



Additional Responsibilities:



  • Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Assist with other related duties to support the broader Product Management team.



Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Distribution, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, or Sales.
  • Strong collaboration, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.


Preferred:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 1-3 years of product experience in a distribution environment.
