PURPOSE
The IC Material Handler is responsible for all aspects of inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and work well as an individual and as a team member. Skills must include a solid grasp of inventory control and ABC cycle counting processes. This person must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once in a fast paced, demanding, and sometimes unpredictable high-tech environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Pulling and transacting inventory requests daily from multiple depts as needed.
  • Pulling and verifying inventory for outgoing CM/Supplier shipments.
  • Daily cycle counts.
  • Daily put away of inbound procured materials and return to stocks.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies through physical checks and/or systematic transactions.
  • Follow all company policies and guidelines.
  • May perform other duties as assigned not listed in job description.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED


  • At least 1 year of inventory control / ABC cycle counting experience in a high-tech/Semico environment (Semiconductor preferred).
  • Analytically minded and detail oriented.
  • Oracle / SAP systems experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Able to communicate across multiple organizations both internally and externally
  • Strong Excel, Word, Power Point skills -Oracle and Agile experience preferred
  • Dynamic, energetic, and driven - ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment


Working Conditions:


  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, or crouching for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours a day.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Work area has fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
  • Moderate to loud noise level.
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment per semiconductor protocol/requirements
  • Able to wear all required clean room protective clothing and equipment for normal 8-hour shift (excluding breaks)



The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $19.30 and $25.35. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
