Marketing Coordinator

Outstanding Milwaukee based commercial real estate firm is searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to their team!

This newly created position will be responsible for performing marketing and business-related initiatives alongside the Office Administrator. Salary $60K - $70K DOE along with 100% paid health benefits, paid parking, full gym & massages! This is an in-office role.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Create copy for internal and external marketing communications including industry publications, collateral pieces, public relations, advertising, and employee communications.
• Oversee company website updates and other social media platforms.
• Research market data.
• Manage, analyze and track social media metrics.
• Assist with executive level communication pieces.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and create reports with updated information.
• Work hand in hand with other team members as it relates to special Marketing projects.
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors.
• Special projects as assigned.

Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with superior written and verbal communication skills, proven experience in all digital platforms, content distribution, and target marketing techniques. Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail required!

Previous real estate experience strongly preferred.
