The TSC Kitchen supports University Catering, the Aggie Marketplace, and the Clutch Commissary by preparing meals for events, campus dining, and grab-and-go items for cafes, convenience stores, and vending across campus. As a Prep Chef, you will assist in preparing a variety of food items for these services. USU Dining is looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals who will contribute to Creating an Excellent College Experience and deliver quality service to all our customers. We seek candidates who are eager to go the extra mile and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities As a Catering Prep Chef, you may be assigned a variety of duties, which may include: - Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning. - Assist with cooking and preparing food according to recipes. - Keep prep areas and equipment clean and organized. - Label and store food properly. - Assist in the dishroom and with general kitchen tasks as needed.
