Estimated annual base pay: $99,600.00(mini) - 124,500.00 (midpoint) - 149,400.00 (max)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Procurement Manager or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This person will be reporting to the Director of Supply Chain in our Aerospace Fuel Systems and Control Business. This person will have a team of Buyers working under them and will have the responsibility of developing the supplier relationship management skillset of their team, in addition to the daily tactical buyer responsibilities. This position is viewed as crucial to achieving consistent execution of supplier strategies and all movement of materials in support of the overall order fulfillment process. This person will be a key partner to our Strategic Supplier Management Team in helping to resolve critical supplier issues.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure specific supplier strategies are coordinated between Global Sourcing and the CoE's. Also ensure supplier strategies are consistent between the CoE's and that collaboration is occurring between buyers, material planners, supplier managers, and the suppliers.
  • Developing and maintaining training & training documentation for the team to establish capabilities required to meet business objectives.
  • Provides direction and oversight for talent development of members.
  • Drive compliance to documented processes and procedures. Accountable for all procedures and work instruction for managing materials & suppliers within CoE.
  • Developing, implementing, & managing periodic KPI's for your team.
  • Manage supplier and part escalations and de-escalations to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruption to operations

What We Are Looking For

Education or Formal Training:

  • BA or BS required in business, supply chain, operations, logistics or other related fields.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • 5+ years' experience in a supply chain
  • 3+ years leadership or related experience

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
