Summary
This role supports the marketing strategy and campaign execution to expand the audience of ETF sellers and strengthen the brand positioning of a leading financial services firm. It involves project management, cross-functional collaboration, and development of strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth. Job Description In this role, you will lead and manage marketing initiatives to grow product awareness and engagement within a key audience segment.
You'll partner with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, insights & analytics, and external agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns and support event execution. This includes:
Managing two major event activations during the summer
Overseeing media strategy and implementation upon budget restoration
Leading ongoing optimizations to the ETF storefront and paid search ad strategy
Managing weekly social media content in partnership with leadership
Providing workflow oversight and guidance to junior marketing associates
You will also contribute to content and business case development, manage stakeholder communications, and track performance metrics aligned to broader business goals, supporting the marketing team's overall success and client experience. Our Ideal Candidate
10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally across a variety of disciplines
Passion for financial marketing with a strong foundation in strategic planning, analytics, and campaign execution
Proficient in digital marketing channels, lead generation, and content development, with strong analytical and communication skills
Familiar with Agile workflows, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis methodologies
Skilled in collaborating with product, sales, service, and agency partners
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Experience in ETF or financial services marketing is a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Background in brand management, digital marketing, campaign execution, and analytics
Experience with media planning, agency collaboration, and insights-driven marketing strategy
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
