LyondellBasell Basic Function
As a member of the LyondellBasell Corpus Christi (CCO) Leadership Team you will provide leadership to the technical organization and other departments within the site. You will lead this group to develop strategic plans, annual goals, drive gap closure efforts, and ensure alignment of all activities with CCO, global manufacturing and company strategic plan. You will participate on corporate teams to help champion and implement corporate level strategic initiatives and goals. You will provide leadership, development, and coaching to direct reports and support staff to achieve business results, create value, and optimize the site. This position manages the Process Engineering, Control Systems, Process Safety and Laboratory functions within the Technical Organization. This position reports to the CCO Site Manager. Min. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Chemical Engineer preferred) with 7+ years of chemical plant or refinery operations experience, or equivalent education and/or experience in chemical or refinery industry. Preferred Qualifications Competencies
