Title : Engineering - Manufacturing Engineer Location : Liverpool, NY Duration: 1 Year Contract with possible extension and conversion Schedule: Mon-Thu (1:30PM - 10:30PM), Fri (1:30PM - 5:30PM). Need: US Citizen Only Job Description: Second Shift Manufacturing Engineering Support: Design manufacturing processes, production layouts, and material handling procedures for assemblies, machining, and equipment installation. Take initiative on projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Green Belt/Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred. Develop sequences of operations and procedures to improve product performance. Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans. Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure efficiency, and address any performance issues. Provide guidance on design concepts and manufacturing techniques to optimize equipment use. Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Requirements: Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology (or related field) with 1+ year of industrial experience (including internship). 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
