DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Services Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) corrective action plans to ensure compliance with Federal Nutrition Services (FNS) mandates. In this position, you will follow up on SNAP errors that are issued through DCA reviews. Another duty will be following up with CAOs to ensure corrective action plans are completed timely and accurately. You can expect to research and identify error trends discovered through the DCA review process to develop error reductions strategies. Additionally, you will develop reports and corrective action tools, as well as act as a liaison with other agencies, departments, bureaus, and CAOs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report to the office at least once a month, as well as any additional times specified by management. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
